All about the Salads!
I’m a vegetarian, I have been my whole life, so beans are a good protein source in my diet. I am always experimenting with new recipes and salads are my favourite. This bean salad is so easy to make and I whip this up most days for lunch when I am working from home. It is super fresh and the peanut ginger lime dressing flavourful and delicious.
Ingredients for 4 small starter salads (pictured here) or 2 large main salads:
For the dressing:
Making this salad really couldn’t be easier…
Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently. Prepare the dressing separately in a glass and stir until completely combined. Toss the dressing over the salad and serve. That’s all there is to it!
