Sunday Morning Walk in San Francisco

Toronto Fashion Blogger

The weather in San Francisco is amazing, I feel like I am experiencing early fall all over again. I hate to admit it, but the 3 hours time change has actually gotten to me a little bit. There is a plus side to waking up 3 hours earlier than everyone else though…and that is that you can be first in line for Tartine when it opens! Dan’s best friend is an amazing bread baker and has always talked about Tartine bakery in San Francisco. So when Dan and I planned our trip here we knew we had to make an early morning trip to Tartine to see what Ben has been talking about. We happened to be staying only a few blocks away so we picked up some delicious baked goods and walked them back home to enjoy with my cousins. Yes, the croissants are just (if not more) delicious than they look.

I brought limited items of clothing on my trip (mostly because I hate carrying heavy bags!). I packed multiple sweaters and have been getting a lot of wear out of all of them, especially this black H&M one – it is a simple colour and cut and I can literally put it on with any of my outfits and it works. I packed 2 jackets – a funky one for perusing the city (this one!) and a more windproof one for hiking and trips to the beach. I packed two pairs of shoes – these boots (are you sick of seeing them yet?? heh) and my Adidas Miss Stan for longer walking trips. This skirt was acutally the only fun statement piece that I packed, but c’mon, how could I leave it at home?!
