The Music Garden, Toronto – My favourite Toronto park

How to wear a denim dress

The Music Garden, Toronto

Summers in the city are my favourite. Yesterday Dan and I took an evening walk to the water and strolled through the Music Garden. I remember taking a class trip to Toronto in my first week of university to check out parks – I studied Landscape Architecture. The Music Garden was our first stop and I still have photos of me and my brand new friends standing wide eyed learning about this place. 10 years later this is still one of my favourite spots in the city and I’m happy to live so close to it and visit often.

This dress has been one of my favourite dress purchases this summer. The chambray and lace are feminine and on trend without being trendy. If you are looking for a fresh look this summer, go for the blue and white combo (and a little bit of embroidery is even better)! This Anthropologie chambray dress I am wearing is majorly on sale and so is this blue and white striped jacket from Anthropologie that I bought this week too. If you’re like me, I get chilly often and this is the perfect item for summer nights (and on sale for $45!)!
