Apple Picking at Spirit Tree Cidery – The Perfect Fall Afternoon!

Apple Picking at Spirit Tree

Apple Picking At Spirit Tree Cidery

If I’m being honest, I wasn’t even going to post these photos because…well, apple picking. It seems like something people only do for photos, don’t you think? I try to keep things pretty real around here. I wear outfits that are appropriate for what I am doing that day and Dan makes sure that we never leave the house without the camera. Don’t get me wrong, I take shooting photos seriously – I always make sure I wear outfits that I need to shoot on days that I am doing something (moderately;)) interesting and I’m always thinking of the best spots we will be that day so we can set aside time to get the snaps. But, I try not to live my life just for photos.

Dan and I had a few hours before our friends’ wedding in Guelph and we decided to go apple picking at Spirit Tree Cidery which I highly recommend! We were going to grab lunch but the line was too long so we decided apples would have to do (that’s vegetarians for you – settling for an apple is totally normal! ;)). And why buy a basket when you can pick a basket? Quite truthfully, I didn’t realllly think my outfit was worth documenting, but, despite my best efforts, the blogger in me just couldn’t subside – apple picking is friggen cute, You Guys!

We had the best time at our friends wedding that evening. Unlike with the apple picking at Spirit Tree, I was hoping to grab some snaps of the dress I wore to the wedding (and my nicer than usual hair and make up!). Did we get even 1 photo of that? Nope, not a chance!

These Levi’s jeans I am wearing are my absolute favourite. I picked them up at Anthropologie and have a hard time convincing myself to wear something other than them 5/7 days a week. Shop them here and they’re also available in black.Apple Picking at Spirit TreeApple Picking at Spirit Tree
