It has been such a beautiful week in Toronto, it feels like the beginning of fall all over again. I’ve had a crazy week and I haven’t had a chance to edit recent photos but with this warm spell I was inspired to look back through my flower photos from the last couple of months. I made this large arrangement at the end of September. It is really much bigger than it looks in these photos, way too heavy for me to carry on my own! I love the bright colourful flowers that come in fall – sunflowers, zinnias, and dahlias define the season for me. Despite the amazing weather and my love for colourful fall flowers I am looking ahead to winter and excited to working with a whole new palette of flowers to make some festive arrangements.
This arrangement was a mix of sun flowers, hydrangea, protea, solidago and carnations.
I have a few flower arranging tips and tutorials posts to share with you for the Christmas & Holiday season. Is there anything in particular you would be interested in learning to make? I would love to hear your ideas!

I love this arrangement. If someone did this for me, I’ll probably be so happy! 🙂
Have a nice day!
